• One clear calendar months’ notice in writing or a month’s fees in lieu of such notice must be given before a student can be withdrawn.
• Transfer certificates are not issued until all dues of the school are settled.
• Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds.

• • Unsatisfactory progress in work.
  • Detention or repeated detention in a class.
  • Disciplinary
  • Other Reasons

Procedure for Obtaining Transfer Certificate (TC)

1. Submission of Application
   Parents/guardians must submit a written application stating the valid reason for requesting the Transfer Certificate.
2. Clearance of Dues and Documents
   All outstanding dues (such as school fees, library books/fines, or any other charges) must be cleared.
   Parents must also submit any pending or required documents, if applicable, for the processing of the TC.
3. Processing Time
   After completion of all formalities, the Transfer Certificate will be issued within 10–15 working days.
