General Discipline

• Every student must carry his/her school identity card daily. Students reporting late will not be permitted to attend classes.
• Regularity and punctuality are mandatory. Students must reach school by 7:15 a.m. (Summer) and 8:15 a.m. (Winter) or as notified by the school.
• Morning assembly is compulsory. Students should proceed to the assembly area silently and in proper lines.
• Students must not leave the classroom without a valid class out-pass.

Uniform & Appearance

• Students should be habitually clean, neatly dressed, and smart at all times.
• School uniform is compulsory on all working days, school functions, and educational trips.
• All students must maintain a neat and simple haircut. Stylish or fancy haircuts are not permitted. Girls must come to school with two neatly done two plaits/braids.
• Wearing or bringing any fashion accessories such as fancy jewellery, bands, bracelets, rings, chains, or similar items is prohibited in the school premises.
• Students not properly dressed or not in uniform will be sent back home.
• Students should take pride in wearing the school uniform.

Personal Belongings & Safety

• Mobile phones, sharp objects, and valuable items are strictly prohibited.
• The school is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
• Lending or borrowing money or personal articles is not permitted.
• Students should not accept gifts, Favors, or rides from strangers and must firmly say “NO” to anything wrong.

School Property & Cleanliness

• Students must take care of school property. Damaging furniture, walls, desks, or equipment is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage, even accidental, must be reported immediately to the class teacher.
• Help maintain a clean and green campus. Do not litter; use dustbins only.
• Minimal use of polythene and plastic is encouraged.

Movement & Conduct

• Movement between classrooms, playgrounds, library, assembly, or activities must be orderly and silent.
• Shouting, writing on walls, or indulging in unruly behavior is strictly forbidden.
• Juniors must show respect to seniors, and due respect should be shown to prefects, monitors, and students on duty.

Library & Academics

• Students must not miss teaching, games, SUPW, or library periods.
• Library books must be handled with care. Loss or damage will be compensated by the borrower.
• No books, magazines, or money (other than textbooks/library books) may be brought without the Principal’s permission.

School Transport

• Students using the school bus must maintain discipline.
• Entry and exit should be through the front door only.
• Damaging bus property will result in recovery of cost from the defaulter.

Canteen & Facilities

• Canteen and bookshop facilities may be used only during recess or before school hours.

Permissions & Communication

• Students will not be allowed to make or receive phone calls during school hours.
• Overstaying after school for extra classes or sports requires prior written permission from parents.
• Parents/guardians must not visit classrooms or teachers without the Principal’s permission.
• Half-day leave after arrival at school should be avoided as far as possible.

Parents’ Responsibility

• Parents/guardians must attend scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings to review their child’s progress. This is compulsory.

Disciplinary Authority

• The school reserves the right to dismiss a student whose academic progress is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to others.
